Strategic Hotels & Resorts has sold The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel in Dana Point to KSL Capital Partners this month
The price was undisclosed. Peregrine Hospitality will operate the property moving forward, CoStar reported.
Strategic recently completed a $50 million renovation of the four-story luxury hotel in 2025, driven by the request of its General Manager Kelly Steward.
With 373 rooms following the refresh, The Ritz-Carlton ranks as the 28th largest hotel in Orange County.
