An undisclosed private investor bought a 56,175-square-foot single-story office complex in La Palma from Westbrook Partners for $14.3 million, or about $255 per square foot, in a 1031 exchange.
Centerpointe La Palma, built in 1986, sits on 3.5 acres at 20 Centerpointe Drive
At the time of sale, the office complex was 84% leased, including to tenants such as Convergint Technologies, ISEC Inc. and Telecare Corp.
CBRE’s Anthony DeLorenzo, Sammy Cemo, Bryan Johnson and Jackson Marlow represented the seller.
