Yamaha Motor Corp. has sold its 25-acre former U.S. headquarters campus in Cypress as it gets ready to move its remaining motor division operations to Georgia.
Officials did not disclose the buyer’s name or the sale price of the property, which spans an entire block at 6555 Katella Ave
Patrick Barnes, Paul Clark, Nick Slonek and Jae Estep from Avison Young represented Yamaha in the sale. The property was listed in March.
The industrial-zoned campus consists of an industrial warehouse, flex and office building totaling 279,000 square feet.
