Huntington Beach-based Karman Space & Defense reported third-quarter revenue of $202 million with adjusted earnings per share of 19 cents, both above analysts’ estimates.
“Across our portfolio, we see substantial opportunity for continued growth. We remain focused on executing our strategy and delivering long-term shareholder value,” CEO Jon Rambeau said in today’s earnings release.
For the full year 2026, Karman raised its expectations for total revenue to between $755 million and $760 million, and for adjusted EBITDA to between $225 million and $227 million, excluding the impact of any future acquisitions.
Karman’s shares closed down 6.1% at $32.09 apiece with an intraday market cap of $4.3 billion and were little changed in after-hours trading.
