CapRock Partners signed a lease with Trammell Crow Company for 11,138 square feet of office space at The Boardwalk, a nine-story building located at 18565-18575 Jamboree Road in Irvine.
Dean Chandler, Weston Chandler, and Justin Hill from CBRE represented the landlord, while Simon Dillon also from CBRE represented the tenant.
CapRock Partners is a well known Orange County-based private real estate investment and development firm focused on acquiring and building industrial warehouses and logistics facilities across the Central and Western U.S.
CoStar reports that CapRock plans to move into The Boardwalk in February.
