Defense tech company Anduril will give employees the opportunity to sell stock through a tender offer that would value the company at roughly $90 billion, CNBC reported.
Employees participating in the offering can sell shares at $94.80 apiece. The offer, which opened on Oct. 13 and closes Nov. 9, is capped at $1.3 billion, according to the report yesterday. CNBC said that Costa Mesa-based Anduril confirmed the report.
The company’s offer will extend eligibility to employees in 16 countries, according to reports.
Anduril’s valuation is currently $61 billion.
Company co-founder Palmer Luckey has said the goal is a public listing for the company though he has not named a time frame.
