Laguna Hills-based Adagio Medical Holdings Inc. today announced study highlights evaluating its next-generation vClas Ultra cryoablation system for heart arrhythmias.
The first patient was successfully treated by Dr. Roderick Tung, director of Banner – University Medicine Heart Institute and division chief of cardiology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine.
The study is intended to support the company’s premarket approval application for the first generation device, which is currently under review by the FDA.
Shares in Adagio were little changed at 47 cents and a $10.6 million market cap (Nasdaq: ADGM).
