Irvine-based Hyperice is debuting a new product from its Normatec line that for the first time combines the manufacturer’s patented technologies — HyperHeat and Normatec air compression — in one device.
“This is the most advanced Normatec we’ve ever built,” CEO Jim Huether said in a statement.
The wearable recovery device, called the Normatec Elite Heat Legs, integrates heat directly into its line of dynamic air compression therapy to help increase circulation and soothe muscle soreness while also massaging the legs to reduce tension and swelling.
The new technology goes for $1,499 in the U.S. and will be available in international markets in 2027.
