The Centerview office complex in Irvine is adding Tifosi Pizza + Trattoria to its restaurant collection at Eighteen Main this fall.
Tifosi is a new collaboration between three Orange County chefs, Zach Scherer, Frank DeLoach and Drew Adams, to serve a fusion menu of New York-style pizza and authentic Italian cuisine.
The restaurant will open at Centerview’s Eighteen Main food hall at 2000 Main Street, in the space next to The Goldfinch. Tifosi also joins Rise Bagels, Izakaya Osen, KIT Coffee, SOL Mexican Cocina, Porch & Swing, The Trough and the newly opened Fat of the Land.
“It’s the perfect combination of office workers, hotel visitors and the local Irvine community,” Scherer said of the office campus, owned by Emmes Realty Services with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management.
Scherer and Adam co-founded Darkroom in Santa Ana, and the formerly mentioned chef is also bringing a new dining concept to The LAB anti-mall in Costa Mesa this year.
