Irvine-based Premier Workspaces has signed a 10-year lease for 20,131 square feet at Irvine Towers, expanding the coworking operator’s footprint near John Wayne Airport.
The company plans to open more than 80 furnished private offices, meeting rooms and virtual office services at 18200 Von Karman Ave. in winter 2027. The new location, announced Oct. 30, will bring Premier’s Orange County portfolio to 23 locations, according to the company.
“Irvine Towers gives us the opportunity to create a substantial new location in a market where we have operated successfully for many years,” Michael Pollack, Premier’s executive vice president of real estate, said in a statement.
The expansion follows Premier’s opening earlier this year of a 23,800-square-foot coworking center at Lincoln Property Co.’s Redstone campus in Newport Beach, taking over space formerly occupied by WeWork.
Premier operates nearly 90 locations nationwide.
